PLUS MUCH MORE!

The Sea Ray 40 Motor Yacht is a very popular model thanks to her quality construction, innovative design, as well as her spacious interior and luxurious accommodations. The light filled-filled salon is accented with rich cherry woodwork throughout and leather upholstery. There is a full galley, (2) staterooms and (2) private heads. Sleeps a total of (7). Sleeps two in the double berth in the aft Master Stateroom. The forward Gust Stateroom has a single berth and double berth. The settee converts to a double berth in the salon.

Unlike other traditional aft cabin motor yachts, the 40 Motor Yacht differs in the helm deck and the aft deck are on the same level. The advantage of this layout is that it keeps the captain in the social center of the boat, rather than isolated on the flybridge. The flybridge features a real glass windshield with wipers (no isinglass here). She also features a fiberglass hardtop that extends over the aft deck. The aft deck features aft bench seating, acrylic wing doors and enclosure curtains. The helm/flybridge and aft deck areas are air conditioned!

"LiL Whiskey Girl" is powered by twin Cummins 5.9L QSB Diesel Engines with 425hp each and only have 1,179 original hours! These engines are arguably the best diesel engines ever made in this horsepower range and are very economical to maintain & operate.

Again, she is in exceptional condition will please the most discriminating of buyer!

Reasonable offers will be considered!

Truly a must see!

Vessel Walkthrough

Boarding from the swim platform to the upper aft deck is a breeze thanks to the molded fiberglass curved staircase. On the aft deck, you will find a large settee bench with storage below. There is a pedestal mounted fiberglass cockpit table that is movable and a single aft facing seat is on the port side, just forward of the side-deck access doors. Also, there is a wet bar with a deep sink, a refrigerator and abundant storage. On both the port and starboard sides, there are acrylic glass wing doors that leads to the side decks and takes you forward to the bow where you have four separate sun-pad lounges. Just forward of the wet bar on the starboard side, is the flybridge helm area, which is on the same level as the aft deck and features a dual captain/companion seat, full instrumentation & electronics. Also features a rigid glass windshield and windows on both sides. The helm/aft cockpit area is air conditioned and can be closed off by the side-decks/bow access doors and the isinglass enclosures. The snap in carpet can be removed for nonskid flooring.

Moving through a 2-piece door and hatch, there are steps that enter into the main salon. In the salon, to starboard is a leather settee, which converts to sleep (2). Across to port are two arm chairs around a wooden table to keep everyone entertained while inside. A flat screen TV hangs on the wall beside the AM/FM radio control and CD player. On the far port side of the salon moving backwards is the access into the master cabin. Here you will find an island queen berth with a nice aft deck facing window, a hanging closet, flat screen TV, multiple cabinets and drawers for storage, and a split bathroom/shower area. The vanity and sink are on the starboard side wall with the shower door forward and that bathroom door aft.

Just forward of the salon area, down a set of steps is the galley. The galley has wooden floors, rich Cherry cabinets and granite look corian counter-tops. A deep sink, trash chute, and 2-burner cook top are all recessed into the counter-tops with covers for each. A convection/microwave oven hangs on the wall, with abundant storage and cabinetry throughout. A full-size tall standing refrigerator and freezer provide you plenty of space for food and drinks. On the port side across from the galley is the day head/ VIP head. A door from the galley and a door from the VIP bedroom allow for a multiple use bathroom while maintaining the proper privacy for guests when needed. Here a separate shower stall with a Plexiglas round door, a vanity and a marine toilet can be found .

The very spacious VIP Guest Stateroom is all the way forward and features a single berth to port that doubles as a settee and a double berth to starboard.Flat screen TV, hanging closet, and rich cherry wood cabinetry throughout that will keep your guests very comfortable.
